Eric N. Engebretson

Indianapolis family law lawyer, Eric N. EngebretsonEric N. Engebretson is a lifelong Indiana resident, and has practiced his entire legal career in Indianapolis and the surrounding communities since 2001.  He has a general civil practice concentrating in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, probate, and estate planning, and also represents business clients in connection with various business transactions and general litigation.  While people are often hesitant to contact an attorney for any kind of legal assistance, Eric takes great pride in assisting his clients with their various legal needs and in helping them come up with common sense solutions to what can be complicated or stressful problems.

Eric is an active member of the Indianapolis and Indiana Bar Associations, and has served in a variety of leadership positions, including as Vice President of the IndyBar Board of Directors.  He is also a member of the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals and currently serves as its Vice President.  He is a regular CLE presenter regarding topics related to family law and bankruptcy.  In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and participating in various activities related to his children and his church.
