Melissa Avery will be a panelist at a program titled “How to Make Your Role as Secretary More Meaningful” at the American Bar Association 2016 SOC Fall Leadership Meeting on Friday, September 23, 2016 in Chicago.
Nissa Ricafort, in her role as President Elect of the Indianapolis Bar Association, will be attending the annual meeting of the Conference of Metropolitan Bar Associations on September 14-17, 2016. Nissa will be presenting as part of a panel discussion on Effective Strategic Planning for bar associations.
Melanie Reichert joins Indiana Supreme Court Justice Steven David, Hamilton County Superior Court Judge William Hughes, Drs. Jonni Gonso, Kevin Byrd, Tiffany Simpson and Christopher Countryman, LCSW, in presenting at the Annual Conference for Indiana AFCC. The Indiana Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) promotes multidisciplinary approaches to family law by bringing mental health professionals, attorneys and judges together to learn and discuss creative solutions to family conflict.
This year’s conference, to be held October 7, 2016 at the IndyBar Education Center, features continuing education (6 CLEs/CMEs/CEUs) in compelling topics such as addictions and parenting, alienation and estrangement, child development’s impact on family law cases, mental health evidence, and testimony and examination tips.
