January 2017

From the Office:

  • We are proud to announce that on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, Nissa Ricafort will have the honor of being installed as the 2017 President of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is looking forward to a great year serving her colleagues and community.
  • Jennifer Hoestetter is helping to organize the Hamilton County Mock Trial Competition sponsored by the Hamilton County Bar Association. Teams of students from local high schools are led by a teacher coach and an attorney advisor in preparing for their cases for trial. The competition is held at the Hamilton County Judicial Center and many of our BKR family law attorneys are serving as mock trial judges.
  • Melissa Avery and Nissa Ricafort will be attending the 2017 American Bar Association Midyear Meeting in Miami in February. We hope they enjoy some warmth and sunshine while learning about the latest legal issues and trends.
