Thank you to Nissa Ricafort for co-chairing and Meagan Winters for serving on the Membership Committee for the Indianapolis Bar Association! Their efforts will help grow membership and provide the best value and services to its members.

The Indiana Supreme Court is considering a system of annual reporting of pro bono work by Indiana lawyers.

Congratulations to Melanie Reichert for her commendation on her pro bono work! The Hamilton County Judiciary commended 24 attorneys for donating more than 300 hours to pro bono representation, during 2013, through District 6.

Jesse Pace, member of the CIACP, is helping organize the CIACP’S Judges’ Roundtable and Reception on August 20th, from 6 to 8pm. Central Indiana Judges are asked to provide feedback and support of the collaborative law process. Melanie Reichert serves as president; Joni Sedberry serves as vice-president. As the school year begins, it’s already tough on the family to adjust back to the routine of meeting teachers, classmates, homework, etc. However, for divorced or separated parents, this can be even more difficult.
